Hello Everyone!! This week I have been busy planning birthday parties for my daughter and son and making alot of birthday cards. May is a very busy month for us. I worked on my Design Team projects for the week also. I had so much fun crafting all week long.
May is National Scrapbooking Month so for the first Saturday this month at HIMCR there will be
5 challenges for National Scrapbooking Day!! The first challenge is Black/White and Your favorite color!!! I had so much fun with all the challenges but I just love this so much!!
My favorite color is Purple!! I love this black and white paper so much! Then this picture is a favorite of mine. My husband was deployed so much in the year of 2009. He missed every holiday and birthday. I was so sad he was going to miss our 10th Anniversary. A couple of days before our Anniversary we had an FRG meeting and within a few minutes into the meeting they let us know our husbands were going to be in Hawaii in a few days. I was happy and sad at the same time. In less than 12 hours after hearing he was going to be there I had arrange for the kids and the cats to be taken care of, packed for us all, got plane tickets, and was on the way to the airport. I was nervous to leave the kids in Washington and me fly to Hawaii but it had been along year. He was so surprised to hear I was coming to see him and we got to spend our 10th Anniversary together!! It was the best 4 days I had so far that year!!
