I love the cookie box in the tutorial but I have been wanting to make this box that I found on the Silhouette store.  It was so easy to make!  So for a surprise I made my hubby and kids some cookies! I used the Recipe Card Starters and Recipe Completer Mini to make my cookie box. 

Here is a picture with my Kisses Sleeves and Cookie box together!

This would make the perfect gift to take to a family for Christmas!!  Cookies for the whole family and kiss sleeves for each of the kids!

I used one of the new stamp sets from MFP for my card. I decide it would be nice to get a start on my Christmas card with the Presents. I used my water color markers to color my image.

I'm very excited to share with you the layout I made for the hop!  I'm so behind on the kids albums but I remember having these cute pictures of my daughter grilling with Daddy!  It was so cute cause she had to have her purse with her while they were grilling! 

I used the Block Party cartridge to cut out BBQ, grill, and steak.  Then I cut out the journal tag from My Creative Time and stamp it with the Journal it stamp set.

Here is the project I created for our hop!

 Here is an up close of each ornament!  

 I created my ornaments by using the My Creative Time Stitched Doily Die for the base.  I used the MCT Stitched Mini Frame and Arrow Dies to put a frame around the picture and then I added things from  MCT Stitched Button Dies, Chunky Jar Accessories, and Just Simply Live. After I had added everything to the Doily I put a coat of  Mod Podge over everything.  I love how they turned out and can't wait to put them on my Christmas tree!!  I need to make some more of these for Christmas gifts!!

Happy Hello!

Happy Hello!

I did some errands today and grocery shopping afterward but before I came home I made a stop to Micheal and pick up a new scrapbook for my daughter and son!  They were on sale so that was awesome 2 for not even the price of one!!  Hoping to get some time to work in their albums this weekend. I have gotten some new things over the last few weeks so I'm ready to use in their books and try my best to keep their albums up do date this year.  I hope that I can do it :)

Now  I wanted to share the simple card I just made to enter over at Unity's Friend with Flare.  I love this little sentiment stamp I order a few weeks ago.  My paper came from a card kit I won last summer and I just love the colors in this 6x6 Bundle!

My Beautiful Tin!

Hello Everyone!

What a day it has been around my house but some how I just manged to finish up the tin that I was making to enter over at Unity Creative Color Contest.  I hope you love how it turned out as much as I do!  I'm going to store my distress stains in it.  I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color the flowers and then add a layer of Glossy Accents and some stickles afterwards!  I had original made the tag white but decided it need some color so I used my Tim Holtz peeled paint distress stain to give it some color.  Then I made some flowers on my cricut and added some buttons in the center of them.  So glad I decide to use my MCT Stitched Doily die to cut my digi from Unity. 

 Here is a couple close up of the flowers.  I printed the digi out 3 times and color it pop it up.

Good Morning! 

I wanted to share a project my daughter and me worked on this week for her little twin friends!  I was so happy she was up for painting them and helping Mommy out in her craft room.  I added the pink polka dots for her.  Then we made a banner with the MCT Bulid a Banner Kit to put the girls name on.  It was such an easy project and was so much fun.  

It was great to see Faith get to part of the party and have fun!

Growing In Unity Winner

Good Morning!!

First I wanted to thank everyone for all the great comments last week and visiting my blog each day!  I enjoyed being your Unity girl last week.  It was such a fun week! 

My daughter says thank you for all the comments on wishing her better.  She is feeling better and getting around good.  She got a purple and lime green cast!!  Mommy's favorite colors are finally wearing off on her :)  She beg us to take her out this weekend so Saturday she walked around the Farmer's Market and part of Wal-Mart. She is a pro at those crutches already.  

 Before I share the winner of last week's comments I made one more card to share with you all.  I got this little High 5 stamp and thinking it would be prefect for a mini card.  I just had to try it out this morning with my new Chevron embossing folder!

The Crafy Moms 7/21/13

Hello Everyone! It's Angela this week with some inspiration for you all!!

Well this has been a crazy week at my house. It started out good and I got alot of things done. I had couple of projects I was going to make for this week but only one got done. Then my daughter went down a slide at my friend's house on Wednesday and broke her leg. So after that my crafting got put on hold. She is doing much better and getting around pretty good.

The card I have for you today came from last weekends adventure my family had. The kids wanted to help raise money and walk for our Humane Society. So my card is a Thank you card for our friends who gave money to support them in the walk.

 

I used the Fantastic Dogs and Sayings Galore Stamp Set to make my little 4x4 Thank you cards.

I apologize for a very short and sweet post but my daughter fell yesterday and  broke her leg and she just now feel asleep. It happened around 1 pm and it has been a very long day!   I will have more to say in Friday post!  I'm off to get a little sleep before she wakes up.

Growing in Unity Designer Day #3

Welcome back for another day of Growing in Unity!  

I love the project that I made for today to share.  I just took new pictures of my daughter and son a few weeks ago.  Then I saw these sentiments stamps on the Unity site and knew they would be perfect for a layout for this week.  After I got the stamps I changed my mind for what I wanted to make to show off the sentiments.  I still am going to use them on a layout with these pictures but I made one of these wall hanging for my sister's birthday.  Then I had to have one for my craft room too. 

 I added an up close picture of each of the coaster from the wall hanging.  I bought these coasters at Joann and I painted them with some brown paint.  

Then I used  Love you sister, 

Love you brother, 

Laugh every day.
