Aurra's New Treat Jar

I bought this jar a few weeks ago at Wal-Mart to decorate for our new sweet little girl!  I got some new cuts this week on the Silhouette store for puppies so it worked out perfect!!  I put her name on the top of the jar.  I also cut out an extra set for my Sister to make one for her new puppies.  Here are the pictures of our jar.

Folders and Notebooks for School

My goal all week has been to get my daugher's folders and notebooks posted we made over the weekend.  It seems like everytime I have sat down at the computer this and got ready to start the kids had to have me at that moment.  So they are gone to bed now and I'm enjoy the peacefully house now that it is finally cooling down in the house.  It was in the 90's today so our house was very hot in my craft room tonight.   

I let Faith pick out the paper and what she wanted on her notebooks and Mommy went to work then. She loves them and said she will have the coolest notebooks in 4th Grade thanks to her Crafty Mommy :)

 Then she decide we need to decorate her folders with some vinyl.

Pencil Boxes

Last week I had the chance to go to  Wal-Mart by myself while the kids were at camp so I  got their school supplies.  Today we checked to make sure they have everything on their list and they put them in their new backpacks.  They don't go back to school till after Labor Day but I wanted to have it all together cause our last 3 weekends before school starts my daughter has tournments. 

We decide to decorate their pencils boxes with vinyl since I had it out working on a big order I had for my Etsy shop today.  They both help pick out what they wanted to go on their box.

Next we are going to decorate my daughter's notebooks and folders!

HIMCR #54 Super Scraps Saturday

Hello Everyone!

Well I didn't get much crafting done this week but had a good but busy week.  My kids scedule kept me so busy.  They went to soccer camp in the morning this week and yesterday was their World Cup so I made them shirts and they made their own flags.  I will post pictures later today. 

This week challenge at HIMCR is Super Scraps Saturday!!  I made these cute little paper weights I had been want to try.  I saw them awhile back at Ben Franklin and bought the weights.  So it was perfect for this week challenge cause I used scrap pieces of paper to cut out the circles.  Then I pulled out my scrap bag of vivyl and some little hearts out of pink and some red Mickey Mouse heads.  It was a super easy project and used up scraps even better!!

Tumblers decorated with vinyl

I have been wanting to try this for a few months now with these tumblers.  This weekend we found the right tumblers to decorate.  I got 3 and made them to go along with the scrapbooks I put together for the kids end of year teacher gifts.    I'm so excited for the kids to take them to school this week.  Hope you enjoy the pictures!!
