Celebrates Diversity Bulletin Board

I can't believe it is already February!  January was such a busy month for me.  I do the yearbook for the kids school and I also keep the bulletin boards up to date.  The first couple of weeks of this year I spent meeting my first deadline for the yearbook and then I went right into working on a new bulletin board.  I cut out the patterns on the cricut and then my daughter helped me trace out all the pieces for the kindergarten classes to cut out and I help the class make them.  Then for the 1st and 2nd graders I dropped off the patterns and paper to the teachers and coordinate what days they would all use them and then picked everything up when they were done.  I used the die cut machine at school to make all the hands to go around the board.  I was so lucky to find all this bright pretty paper in the scrap box at school.  It took me the last 3 days to get all of the board up but it is so worth it.  Today after school when I was picking up the kids it was so fun listen to the all kids talk about how cute the dolls are.

Wishing you a Super Birthday Nephew!

I wanted to share the card I made the other day for my Nephew.  His birthday is in a few weeks.  He really likes Captain America right now so I thought this would be a fun little card for him.   I just cut out some clothes from Paper dolls Dress up and some little circles and a couple small stars.  I think it turned out so cute!  I can't wait to hear what he things about it!!  He is such a cute little guy!!

HIMCR #71 Super Scraps Saturday

Happy Saturday!!
I can't believe that we are already into November!!  Christmas is going to be here before we know it.  I haven't started my shopping yet or took our pictures to use on our Christmas cards.  I need to get busy on it.  I have ideas for presents for the kids but we haven't decide for sure.

This week it's Super Scraps Saturday at HIMCR.  I remember finding these little paper dolls I had cute out and made awhile ago.  I wanted to use them on a layout but could find any Thanksgiving pictures I had printed off to use.  So I decide to go with a wreath for the house.  I even made my pumpkin with scraps from my scrap box!!  Got my wreath on sale at Michaels and ribbon at the Dollar Tree.
Now it's time to head over to HIMCR and check out the rest of the Design Team's creations for the week and enter the challenge!!
Good luck and have a great weekend!!

Go Diego Go Card

Our neighbor boy turned 3 today so yesterday! He likes Dora and Diego alot so I thought this little card was great for him.  I just got out my Paper Doll cartridges and picked some clothes that work good for Diego.  I'm so happy with the way Diego turned out.  I'm also loving my new Creative Memories stamps I got a few weeks ago.

Pirate Party Decorations

I just wanted to share the decorations that I made for my Daughter's Pirate Birthday Party and the awesome pinata my friend made for her.  We all had a great time at the party and she told me later that night it was the best party ever!!!  I had a total of 12 kids in the house due to the lovely weather we had that day.  It had been so pretty for the last couple of weeks and of coarse it rained the day of the party.  Hope you enjoy the pictures!!!!
