HIMCR #40 Freestyle

Hello Everyone!!  Hope everyone is having a good Saturday!

It's time for the weekly challenge at HIMCR this week is Freestyle anything goes! So I decided to use this week to make my item for my upcoming Mixed Media Swap. I made these cute little books for the kids to give to Daddy for Father's Day!  It is the 10 things I love about you.

-I used a deck of playing cards and took the Creative Memories Paper Edger around all the cards to make them look old and rubbed brown ink all over both sides of the cards.
-I stamped on white cardstock 10 things and I Love about you from the CMTMH stamp
set 10 Things in brown ink.
-Cut out 11 1.75" x 2" white blocks and rubbed brown ink on them and placed on one each card A-J.
-Punched holes in the upper left corner and tied a piece jute through the hole.

Thanks to everyone who checks out my creation for the week!! Remeber to check out all the Design Team creations:
Then head over to HIMCR to enter the challenge!! http://www.hidinginmycraftroom.com/
Have a great Saturday!!
